GOAL 1: Enhance Student Success

Objective: Ensure a high-quality academic experience with meaningful learning outcomes, supporting success in chosen fields and professions.
Strategies:

  • Provide resources and support services addressing diverse student needs.
  • Promote programs that enhance the recruitment, retention, and success of underrepresented groups.

GOAL 2: Expand Impact, Quality, and Visibility

Objective: Recognize, incentivize, and invest in academic strengths while increasing visibility and awareness of CGU’s DEI efforts.
Strategies:

  • Share data, reports, and metrics related to DEI progress through the Office of Institutional Effectiveness.
  • Highlight research, creative works, and community outreach that drive positive change.

GOAL 3: Engage the Global Community

Objective: Establish partnerships locally, nationally, and globally to extend CGU’s impact through research, creative works, teaching, and community outreach.
Strategies:

  • Serve as a hub for dialogue, inviting contributions from all CGU stakeholders.
  • Feature Community Voices with testimonials and success stories advancing equity.
